*Poly-itik is cute*
The latest season of stand-up comedy Oi! Jaga mulut! is back on iflix every Thursday. The new season started last Thursday the 7th March, exclusively on IflixFREE and iflixVIP.
Featuring local comedy heavy-weights, Rayza Mukmin, Farid Azmeir, JD and Nizam Jentik Jentik, the first series was a blast.
Starting with Ryzal Mukmin, he poked on everyday’ s reality as Malaysian, from name crazed to-be-parents, to indirectly joking about social perception. Politicians were not spared in his material either, and while I laughed at his jokes, it couldn’t agree more that politics is ‘cute’.
I’m glad he’s full time stand-up comedian and he didn’t pursue his political ambition.
Iflix promises the line-up for this season to be non-traditional, and the viewer need to be open minded. It brings completely uncensored near-knuckle narratives about customs, cultures, and traditions that make Malaysians truly unique, adding to iflix’s growing library of local-language comedy offerings.
